I was unable to go online and protest the purchase, and I still am unable to do. so, I was eventually able to speak with someone, and they allegedly deactivated my card and sent me some fraud paperwork to fill out. 

I have yet to get any documentation, and my money is gone since they allowed it to clear rather than canceling it before it went through. 

I am quite dissatisfied with this procedure and the way they do business. Child support should be handled by a different company.
